To provide the residents of the Wide Bay-Burnett region an opportunity to access apps to further develop positive mental health wellbeing, or assistance with addictions for themselves or family members. Bridges will host a series of reviews, where our mental health professionals will take you through some tried and tested apps to support your wellbeing goals.
The community of the North Burnett region has experienced hardship over many years due to drought, fire, flood or other event in the region. In the midst of adversity individuals can find it hard to take a break. That’s when we need the support of friend.
We wanted to provide an opportunity for men from the North Burnett region to come together to support community wellbeing. Bridges hosted a fishing retreat in Hervey Bay with keynote speaker, Shane Webke.
The events are for women from the North Burnett region who have been doing it tough due to drought, flood, fire or other adverse events. They are part of the Bridges 'Tag a Mate, Take a Break' program in the North Burnett region, to promote wellness and self-care in the community.
