The Bridges 180 program is a 6 to 8-week intensive specialist program. This provides people with an opportunity to improve their health and wellbeing and reduce problematic alcohol and/or drug use. This program is ideal for anyone with drug and/or alcohol issues, wanting to change their lives through the reduction of harmful substances.  Bridges programs are not abstinence-based but if that’s the goal for you then we will support you with that.  Long term support for abstinence can be sourced through Alcoholic Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA) or through other supportive sources.

About Bridges 180 Program

The Bridges 180 program is a 6 to 8-week intensive specialist program. This provides people with an opportunity to improve their health and wellbeing and reduce problematic alcohol and/or drug use.

We have found that day rehabilitation provides clients with an authentic opportunity to achieve sustainable recovery from their alcohol and other drug problems in a supportive group setting.

This is done under the guidance of our experienced clinicians who specialise in mental health, substance use, and recovery-oriented practice.

When you do a 180, it means you’re heading in the opposite direction to where you were going.

Throughout the program, clients participate in both group and individual alcohol and other drug counselling sessions.

After the program has been completed, it is followed by our two-week aftercare support program, which helps keep you on track to achieve your personal goals.
