Our service and staff

We employ experienced Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants. We offer a range of occupational therapy services primarily for individuals aged 18 and over. We may also be able to offer services for young people aged 8 and over, depending on the type of intervention required.

Our experience

We have experience working with individuals with the following disability, though the list is not exhaustive:

  • Psychosocial disability;
  • Neurological disability;
  • Physical disability;
  • Intellectual disability;
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder; and 
  • Behaviour-related disability.

Services offered

We provide a range of services, including:

  • Occupational Therapy Functional Assessments and Reports;
  • Assistive Technology Assessment, Prescription, Training and Reports;
  • Supported Independent Living and Supported Disability Accommodation Assessments and Reports;
  • Skills Development Plans and Intervention and monitoring;
  • Home Modifications Minor– rails, non-structural changes;
  • Home Modifications Complex– bathroom/kitchen, access and structural changes; and
  • Sensory Modulation and Integration.

Refer to service

Referrals come through our central intake referral process. People can self-refer or be referred by others (with your consent). Our costs are in line with government set fees and acceptable fees - ask our Administration Officer for further information. Funding accepted includes NDIS, Private Health Insurance, self-funded and through Medicare via GP referrals.
