Our service and staffOur experienceServices offeredRefer to service Our service and staff We employ experienced Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants. We offer a range of occupational therapy services primarily for individuals aged 18 and over. We may also be able to offer services for young people aged 8 and over, depending on the type of intervention required. Our experience We have experience working with individuals with the following disability, though the list is not exhaustive: Psychosocial disability; Neurological disability; Physical disability; Intellectual disability; Autism Spectrum Disorder; and Behaviour-related disability. Services offered We provide a range of services, including: Occupational Therapy Functional Assessments and Reports; Assistive Technology Assessment, Prescription, Training and Reports; Supported Independent Living and Supported Disability Accommodation Assessments and Reports; Skills Development Plans and Intervention and monitoring; Home Modifications Minor– rails, non-structural changes; Home Modifications Complex– bathroom/kitchen, access and structural changes; and Sensory Modulation and Integration. Refer to service Referrals come through our central intake referral process. People can self-refer or be referred by others (with your consent). Our costs are in line with government set fees and acceptable fees - ask our Administration Officer for further information. Funding accepted includes NDIS, Private Health Insurance, self-funded and through Medicare via GP referrals.
